2. construction of a new building  having 300 sqm (ground floor, floors, attic room)
3. ground floor: mechanical workshop and bakery
4. floor (1) – 4 laboratoires: 1. chemistry and physics analysis

2. ecology
3. animal breeding
4. plant cultivation
- attic room: 2 guest rooms
